Earth Day Seaside will feature an Electric Vehicle Test Drive/Ride/Display Fair, music by Palenke Arts youth ensembles, a Trashion Fashion Show, Children’s fun arts and crafts, over 25 information booths, demos, and a free raffle for eco-friendly prizes.

Watsonville Earth Day 2024 will be a celebration of the earth and a place to inspire our community to preserve its health and well-being for our children and future generations.
This year's theme, "Planet vs. Plastic," is a call to action to increase awareness of the health risks of plastic and advocate for a reduction in plastic pollution. With the ongoing climate crisis, we also recognize the value of continuing to inform residents about its effects on our community and how to adapt to the changing conditions.

Maintaining a healthy, safe, and vibrant Salinas is at the heart of AMOR Salinas. Earth Day festival includes litter pick-up, free trash disposal and a resource fair.
Bilingual volunteers encouraged.

Tabling at Whalefest Monterey (Saturday)
Making a big splash for thousands of locals and visitors, the event is fun and informative for all ages. Come out and enjoy a free celebration of cetaceans and so much more. Winter is also a great time to celebrate and learn more about gray and humpback whales who are migrating through the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, as well as dolphins, sea otters, sea birds and more. Whalefest Monterey benefits many local and national marine organizations that educate, inspire, and empower the public to protect the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

CWD is a free community event celebrating our wildlife, watersheds, and open spaces. This event will feature exhibitors, speakers from across the state of California, student art submissions, music, food for purchase, and more.
